Description
Anji Bai Cha is a treasure among green teas. Despite its "white tea" name, it is indeed a green tea produced from a unique cultivar whose leaves become almost white in early spring. From Anji county in Zhejiang province, it is exceptionally rich in amino acids (up to 3 times more than ordinary green tea), giving it a unique sweetness and smoothness.
