Biluochun, "Green Snail Spring", is one of China's most delicate teas. Originating from Dongting, near Lake Taihu in Jiangsu province, it is grown among peach, plum and apricot trees, naturally absorbing the floral and fruity aromas of its surroundings. Its tiny leaves, meticulously rolled into tight spirals and covered with fine white down, showcase ancestral craftsmanship.
